General Manager

Garage Champion is scheduling interviews now for a General Manager position. This is a full time Mon-Fri position.

The compensation will range based on work experience.  Other aspects of the compensation package include:

The duties associated with this position include:

  • Managing the balance between interpersonal relationships and  technical/strategic action is critical.  

  • Overseeing activities and providing support to department heads, as needed (Operations, Admin & Sales). 

  • Ensure that all decisions and actions align with the company’s core values and plans.

  • Drive performance in each department to achieve target KPIs through communication, coaching and decision making.

  • Build and develop a strong, effective and happy team through effective prospecting, hiring and employee development programs.

  • Explore growth opportunities with a view to improving the company’s bottom line.

  • Deliver periodic reports to the CEO on general performance and the state of the company.

  • Participate in periodic employee performance reviews (assisted by relevant department heads)

  • Schedule necessary meetings, review KPIs, and address any day-to-day issues that may become evident

  • Review timesheets and commission sheets to ensure accurate payroll totals
